Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meetings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept per standards.
• Maintain professional image with staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Lead respectful, non-discriminatory management and training practices.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote safe, professional public image in the community.
• Prepare performance feedback and conduct timely appraisals.
• Train staff on safety procedures and policy compliance.
• Ensure timely communication with all site employees and Market Manager.
• Organize files, reports, and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Oversee merchandise stocking, display, and pricing accuracy.
• Post employment posters and notices in accessible locations.
• Budget and forecast P&L lines and manage margins.
• Safeguard cash handling and financial records.
