Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail store, driving exceptional customer service, merchandising, and daily operations. You will train a high-performing team, implement merchandising initiatives, and ensure safe, efficient store execution under the guidance of a Field Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience, preferably in retail or related field.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort using mobile technology and workforce management systems.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel between store locations as needed.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• - Oversee daily store operations to ensure outstanding execution
