Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience, preferably in retail or related field.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure outstanding execution.
• Plan daily priorities, delegate work, and ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain high standards for merchandising, backroom organization, inventory availability, and store presentation.
• Partner with leadership to resolve issues quickly and build relationships.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction to the team.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Coach employees to build their skills and identify high-potential talent.
• Use reporting tools to drive operations.
