WD Bryant Ace Hardware Store in Kentucky seeks a Manager Trainee to learn all duties of a Store Manager and build the skills to lead a team. You will develop a Legendary Customer Experience, drive sales, manage inventory and budgets, and support store operations while promoting an inclusive, efficient work environment.

The program spans several months with hands-on coaching, performance reviews, and opportunities for advancement within the Ace Hardware network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of store management experience.
• Retail or hardware knowledge preferred; supervisory experience desired.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Learn duties of Store Manager and develop leadership skills.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and retain store staff.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Experience and foster team growth.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and in-store operations.
