Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, developing, evaluating, disciplining, and retaining efficient team members.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Ask to Add Value and Appreciate.
• Schedule and plan daily activities for team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Lead team to provide a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Manage merchandise flow, inventory controls, and periodic price changes.
