ALDI Griffin, GA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to develop the skills to lead a store and deliver exceptional customer service. The program emphasizes collaboration with experienced leaders to achieve operational excellence and sales growth in a fast-growing retail environment.

Starting wage is $29.50 per hour with potential earnings up to $99,000 (including bonus where applicable) in Year 1. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and prior retail/management

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel and communicates performance expectations.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversees and resolves employee and customer concerns with district manager involvement when needed.
• Interviews candidates and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel including advancement and terminations as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with store policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Plans and conducts store team meetings, trainings and other company events.
