Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Equivalent to high school.
• Experience: 1–3 years retail experience.
• Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Skills: Ability to work irregular hours, including 40+ hours per week and some evenings/weekends.
• Safety: Comply with safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Understand financial analysis to attain store sales, profits, and margins.
• Assist in protecting company assets with daily deposits, inventory controls and discrepancy reporting.
• After training, perform all duties of a Store Manager.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow designated safety practices.
• Interact with vendors, negotiate promotions, and support store operations.
