Qualifications

• Education: Equivalent to High school.
• Experience: Over 1 year up to and including 3 years retail experience.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well.
• Skills and Abilities: Ability to work irregular schedules and apply judgment in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Understand how to perform financial analysis and attain expected store sales, profits, and margins.
• Assist in protecting company assets at all times by ensuring bank deposit is completed in timely manner on a daily basis; accurately posting markups/downs, store use of merchandise, voids and write offs within established guidelines; controls the inventory in the store and completes necessary counts; investigates all sales, cash or operating discrepancies and reports findings to management in a timely manner.
• Following completion of all training, should be able to perform all duties of a Store Manager.
• Meet all customer needs as efficiently and effectively as possible by providing superior customer service.
• Complete CDP certification requirements for a C-Store Manager within required timeframe.
