Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve results.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager guidance.
• Interviews candidates and recommends for advancement.
• Manages personnel and performance, including promotions and terminations as appropriate.
• Communicates with ALDI personnel, customers, vendors and partners.
• Leads and supervises the team to drive sales and high performance.
• Ensures compliance with policies, standards and regulations.
