ALDI Store Manager Trainee program prepares you to run your own store through hands-on leadership experience. You will learn to manage operations, develop teams, and drive results while working side-by-side with associates in a fast-paced environment.

This role combines leadership with active participation in daily store operations, including stocking, merchandising, customer service, and maintaining store standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior management experience in retail.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve KPIs.
• Communicate duties and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Plan weekly schedules and manage labor to ensure coverage.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and loss-prevention standards.
• Train staff using company-provided resources and materials.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns with district support.
