• Recruit and develop team members and manage retention.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Understand, Recommend, Add Value, Appreciate.
• Schedule and plan daily activities for efficient store operations.
• Learn sales and profit management and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage inventory and merchandising to company standards.
• Support District/Regional managers and coordinate with teams on store issues.
