Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn the duties of a Store Manager and build the skills required for advancement. You will focus on delivering Legendary Customer Experience, developing the team, and driving sales while managing inventory and costs.

As a Manager Trainee you will rotate through responsibilities including scheduling, merchandising, and team leadership to prepare for store leadership roles in our Kansas City region and beyond.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop store team members.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA.
• Manage inventory, sales, and budget to drive profitability.
• Schedule daily activities and coordinate store operations.
• Lead the team to provide a Legendary shopping experience.
