Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, developing, evaluating, disciplining, and retaining efficient team members.
• Delivering on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA.
• Schedule, organize, and plan daily activities for team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Leading team members to ensure a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition.
• Communicate company processes, policies, and directives to team members; coordinate with District/Regional Managers to improve effectiveness.
• Train on daily, weekly, and monthly processing of paperwork including invoices, schedules, and product orders; assist with forecasting and budget review.
• Train on managing inventory and working with buyers and distribution centers to solve issues.
