Action Pawn in San Antonio is seeking a Store Management Trainee to fast-track into a Store Manager role. The position offers an hourly wage with commission potential and bonuses based on store performance, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will work with the Store Manager to lead and develop staff, optimize store operations, recruit talent, and maximize profitability while handling loans, inventory, and merchandising across jewelry, tools, electronics and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail management experience.
• Ability to supervise others and work with firearms certification is required (as applicable).
• High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to work at multiple locations.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store, manage cash and protect assets.
• Oversee inventory, loans, merchandising, and store systems.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualifications and buying processes.
