ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Pooler, GA. This full‑time program equips you to run your own store through hands-on leadership, operations management, and team development in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn merchandising, customer service, scheduling, and adherence to store standards while working with associates and district leadership to drive results and growth across locations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience

Responsibilities

• Communicates responsibilities and expectations to direct reports and leads store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel including advancement/termination recommendations.
• Collaborates with ALDI personnel, customers, vendors and partners.
• Leads and supervises the team to achieve store KPI goals and budgets.
• Plans and conducts store team and management meetings.
