Job summary

Dirtcheapfunfun is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn the daily operation of a single unit convenience store in Kentucky. You will train with a C-Store manager and assist in running an efficient, profitable operation while developing all employees and delivering strong customer service.

Expect a ~50 hour work week as you progress toward a store leadership role. Initial training focuses on financials, staff development, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: Equivalent to high school required.
• Experience: 1 year to 3 years in retail preferred.
• Language: English reading, writing, and speaking required.
• Flexibility: Able to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
