Job summary

You will work an average of 50 hours per week, with compensation paid weekly. The role emphasizes operations, safety, inventory controls, and developing talent to be ready to assume Store Manager duties.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to High school.
• Over 1 year up to and including 3 years retail experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for effective communication.
• Ability to work irregular schedule, including 40+ hours per week and some evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of a single-unit store under supervision.
