Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout the store.
• Drive sales and promote add-on products.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Direct oversight of footwear and advertising programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Train newly hired associates and supervise staff.
