Big 5 Sporting Goods is hiring a Management Trainee to become a future store leader. You will participate in a structured, company-wide training program designed to develop management capabilities, with hands-on experience in daily store operations and customer service.

This entry-level position aims for promotion to higher management within 6–18 months, depending on performance and direction from experienced staff.
