Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is looking for a Store Manager Trainee in the San Antonio area. This role pairs with the Store Manager to lead staff, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train, recruit, and develop team members while handling daily operations, asset protection, and store performance metrics. A performance-based commission applies, with benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of Store Management experience.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open/close the store, count cash, and protect assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
