FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in the United States (Miami, FL area) to oversee day-to-day store operations and develop a positive, productive environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop staff, recruit talent, maximize financial goals, and manage customer relations, with emphasis on a customer-centric approach. The position pays hourly wages ranging from $19.00 to $28.00 plus commission based on productivity and a store-performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months store management experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Firearms certification ability in relevant locations.
• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide and develop store team to achieve goals and provide customer service excellence.
• Open/close store, cash handling, and asset protection tasks.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent for store operations.
• Analyze store financials and drive profitability with management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
