Job summary

Valu+Pawn is seeking a Store Management Trainee to oversee daily store operations and support the Store Manager in leading a team. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, coaching, and achieving financial goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to recruit talent, manage inventory and loans, and ensure adherence to company standards. The position offers hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses, with typical store hours from 9AM to 6PM in

• Minimum 6 months Store Management experience.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to manage assets, customer relations, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Assist and train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit and retain top talent; lead by example.
• Open/close the store and safeguard assets, cash drawers, and merchandise.
• Drive profitability through budget and performance monitoring.
