Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Hire and develop store staff.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for staff and customers.
• Meet performance metrics and develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales to maximize revenue.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control labor, inventory and maintenance expenses.
• Assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
