Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a candidate to learn Walgreens’ operations and lead store activities across front-end and pharmacy, with an accelerated track to Store Manager during the program.

Under the Store Manager, you will shadow, participate in rotations, complete required certifications, and develop through classroom, online, and on‑the‑job training to readiness for permanent leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Min 3 years of retail management with a degree; 5 years if HS diploma.
• Willingness to obtain PTCB certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Shadows Store Manager and oversees front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Learns and applies SOPs across store operations and pharmacy.
• Participates in rotations and trainings to build readiness for Store Manager role.
• Analyzes customer service, drives improvements, and coaches team members.
• Manages daily operations, inventory, pricing, and asset protection under guidance.
