Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Store Manager in Perrysburg, OH to lead customer and associate experiences and drive profitable store performance. You’ll coach teams to deliver exceptional service, manage daily store operations, and use data to guide omnichannel initiatives.

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent.

• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results.
• Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

You’ll bring to the role
