Job summary

LOFT is seeking a results-driven Store Manager for our Charlottesville, VA location. You will lead customer and associate experiences, focus on store profitability, and maintain visual standards while building a strong community presence.

You will coach a diverse team, hire and develop talent, use technology to enable seamless omnichannel shopping, and oversee day-to-day operations including opening and closing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates
• Strong people management and talent development
• Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and action plans
• Organized, able to delegate and meet deadlines
