Role

The Store Manager is responsible for managing and operating a single store, ensuring all systems, methods, and procedures are followed. They must enforce standards and focus on achieving sales targets by maximizing resources while maintaining the brand's integrity and image.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals.
• Control store expenses.
• Ensure exemplary client service through staff monitoring, coaching, and development.
• Manage stock levels and merchandise presentation.
• Oversee store presentation, maintenance, and organization.
• Ensure smooth operations through confident decision-making.
• Manage inventory effectively.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and development, dedicating approximately 25% of the role to training.
• Create a positive environment to foster high morale and team spirit.
• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and synchronized management presence.
• Conduct weekly store meetings and daily briefings on sales and priorities.
• Recommend sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, staff, and corporate offices.
