Job summary

Knitwell Group, owner of LOFT stores, is seeking a Store Manager in Methuen, MA to lead the customer and associate experiences, drive profitability, and uphold brand standards.

You will coach a team, manage day-to-day operations, and use reporting to inform retail plans. This role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement within the Knitwell portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and associate experiences to drive a profitable store.
