Job summary

The Shops at Crystals stores are seeking a Store Manager in Las Vegas to drive overall store performance and lead a team to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience.

This role owns business development, P&L, inventory accuracy, and the execution of visual and operational standards, while recruiting and mentoring staff to build succession plans for sustained growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate a sales team and deliver results.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management functions; strong digital literacy.
• RTW experience preferred; foreign language skills a plus.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.
