Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees in planning and implementing store processes such as ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support.
• Open and close the store with appropriate staffing and procedures at least twice weekly.
• Evaluate operating statements to identify trends, expenses, shrink, and errors.
• Ensure in-stock targets through ordering plans and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.
