Job summary

Meineke is seeking an experienced Auto Shop Manager to lead daily operations and supervise staff in our Towson, MD location, ensuring exceptional customer service and shop performance.

You will schedule workflow, coach technicians, monitor safety and productivity, and drive service quality and sales. This role offers competitive pay, bonuses, benefits, a five-day workweek, and clear advancement opportunities.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
