Job summary

GPM Investments, Pride brand, is seeking a Store Manager for Store 619 in Palmer, MA. You will lead store operations, drive performance, mentor a team of 8–15 associates, and serve as the front-line leader across all shifts with open availability.

This hourly role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance for banking deposits. Compensation ranges from $42,000 to $51,932 per year, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses; a $1,500 sign-on bonus is paid after 6

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for store coverage, including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Perform duties of store employees (register, stocking, cleaning, etc.).
• Coach team to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with valid license and vehicle.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, food safety and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while hitting sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to take on cross-training and deli/QSR operations when needed.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance.

• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to take on anything the store needs-including cross-training and stepping in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

The pay range listed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum rate for the position. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and the shift for which the candidate is hired.

This Store Manager role is an hourly position requiring a minimum of 45 hours per week; the annual compensation reflects a base hourly wage for 40 hours and overtime pay for all hours worked beyond 40 each week
