Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage; work days but be available for any shift, including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, maintain lot and pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members for growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; must have a valid license, reliable transport, insurance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and step in to manage deli or QSR operations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

The pay range listed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum rate for the position. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and the shift for which the candidate is hired.

This Store Manager role is an hourly position requiring a minimum of 45 hours per week; the annual compensation reflects a base hourly wage for 40 hours and overtime pay for all hours worked beyond 40 each week
