StoragePRO Management is hiring an Assistant Property Manager in Cotati, CA to handle day-to-day rental operations and customer service for self-storage facilities. You will inspect sites, handle payments, and promote storage solutions while ensuring security and accuracy of records under the supervision of the District Manager.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and experience in self-storage or related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outstanding customer service is essential.
• Self-storage, property management, retail or restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic computer skills and strong communication/organization are important.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and explain options/pricing to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for cleanliness and security.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance and report issues to designated personnel.
• Maintain tenant information and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment.
• Report to District Manager and perform other duties as assigned.
