Primary Duties

• Manage the sales floor and keep visual standards high.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including store and register opening/closing, deposits, and shipment receipt.
• Attract, hire, train, and develop staff at all levels.
• Create and manage store schedules based on payroll guidelines.
• Build and lead a cohesive team aligned with store goals.
• Set daily goals and directions for staff.
• Incorporate loss prevention and safety measures into daily operations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of management experience in retail or non-retail settings.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
