Job Type

Full-time

Primary Duties
  • Manage the sales floor.
  • Maintain visual standards.
  • Perform opening and closing routines, including store and register opening/closing, deposits, and shipment receipt.
  • Attract, hire, train, and develop associates at all levels.
  • Ensure onboarding and ongoing training of staff.
  • Create store schedules based on payroll guidelines.
  • Build a cohesive team aligned with store needs.
  • Set daily/shift goals and directions for staff.
  • Incorporate Loss Prevention and Safety messages into daily operations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years management experience in retail or non-retail environments.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to interview and hire staff.
  • Experience in training, directing, and developing staff.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret floor plans, safety rules, and operating instructions.
  • Ability to perform cash register functions.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced setting.
  • Availability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to handle and move merchandise.
  • Stylish with a love of fashion.
