Role Overview

The Sr. Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in managing the sales floor, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role models professionalism and leads by example, contributing to a positive team environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily operations including opening and closing routines, deposits, and shipment receipt.
  • Develop and train team members at all levels.

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 6 months of management experience in retail or non-retail settings.
