Position Summary:

As a Store Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our St. Petersburg location — driving sales, managing store performance, and ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience. You’ll lead from the front, own your store’s success, and set the tone for excellence in service and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers through their purchasing journey

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals

Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising and inventory

Handle customer inquiries, quotes, payments, and post-sale communication

Ensure a clean, organized, high-converting showroom

Coordinate with delivery and logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years of retail or commission-based sales experience

1+ year of store management or team leadership experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Tech-savvy: POS systems, CRM tools, mobile quoting

Ability to lift up to 125 lbs (with assistance)

Weekend and holiday availability required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
