Mint Cannabis in Missouri is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales and guest experience at the St. Peters location. You will partner with the Area Manager on inventory, team support, and product knowledge development to boost performance.

The role emphasizes leadership of 25+ staff, sales optimization with cross-functional teams, and adherence to Missouri regulations, METRC and Dutchie systems experience beneficial.

Formación

• 1-2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership background for large teams; cannabis leadership a plus.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) a Missouri Agent Card

• Sales expertise: Responsible for improving sales month over month. Working with marketing and procurement teams to drive sales and increase revenue.
• Inventory Control: Reducing product shrinkage by reducing aging inventory/inventory expirations, understanding your inventory par levels, and sell-throughs.
• Compliance: Understanding Missouri compliance requirements to walk through state inspections, reducing deficiencies confidently.

Store Manager

Reports to: Area Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Department: Retail

Location: 150 Mid Rivers Mall Circle, St. Peters, MO 63376

Pay Range: $62,4000.00 - $80,000.00

Position Summary

The store manager's primary goal is to improve sales and create a positive guest experience. The store manager will work with the area manager on inventory management and control, team member support, and the development of product knowledge, upsell tactics, and data analytics to improve overall store performance.

Responsibilities

• Leadership Responsibilities: Training, developing, and aligning up to 25+ Team members.

• Improving sales consistently month over month.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Sitting, standing, walking, and climbing for long periods of time.

Work Environment

• The environment can be loud
• Atmosphere & Pace: Fast-paced and energetic. The floor features specialized product displays (flower, edibles, concentrates). Staff must be adaptable to busy rushes, as wait times and long lines are common during peak hours
