Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management or leadership experience required.
• Cannabis retail experience preferred.

• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with sales performance and inventory management preferred.
• Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) a Facility Agent Card.

Pay Range: $52,000 - $60,000

Position Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading daily dispensary operations while creating a positive guest experience. This role assists with team leadership, inventory management, compliance, and sales performance to help drive overall store success

Responsibilities

Leadership Responsibilities

Assisting with training, developing, and supporting up to 25+ team members while promoting accountability and teamwork.

Sales Expertise

Supporting sales growth through product knowledge, guest engagement, and coaching expected sales metrics. .

Inventory Control

Assisting with inventory accuracy by reducing product shrinkage, monitoring aging inventory, and supporting inventory counts and sell-throughs.

Compliance

Understanding Missouri compliance requirements to confidently support state inspections and reduce deficiencies.

Success Metrics

• Supporting monthly sales goals.
• Team education on expected sales metrics.

Atmosphere & Pace: Fast-paced and energetic. The floor features specialized product displays (flower, edibles, concentrates). Staff must be adaptable to busy rushes, as wait times and long lines are common during peak hours
