Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a store leader responsible for the full operation of a seasonal retail location in Wisconsin Rapids. You will drive sales, guest service excellence, and cost control while managing staff, merchandising, and inventory.

The role requires a flexible schedule, a minimum age of 21, and prior retail management experience. Physical duties include long hours on your feet and lifting up to 50 pounds in a dynamic seasonal environment.

Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 - $20.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include: Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, Retention Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
