Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a store leader to oversee daily operations. The hourly rate ranges from $19.50 to $20.50, depending on qualifications and experience, with benefits including Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs subject to qualifications.

You will drive guest services, manage staffing, merchandising, and safety, and ensure profitable store performance through effective expense control and shrink reduction.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21; flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours standing/walking, ladders, lifting up to 50 lb.
