Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Topeka, KS is hiring for a store leadership role with an hourly rate of $19.50–$20.50 per hour. Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program are available, subject to qualifications.

You will oversee total store operations to maximize sales and profitability, ensure guest services, and control expenses. The position includes shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21; must have a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
