Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a store management professional to oversee the Tyler, Texas location, drive sales, and ensure outstanding guest service on a fast-paced seasonal schedule. You will handle merchandising, inventory control, staffing, store setup and teardown, and profitability measures while maintaining a safe, inviting environment for guests and team members during the season.

• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 - $20.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include: Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, Retention Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
