Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager for a seasonal location in Washington. You will oversee the total operation, drive sales and profitability, maintain Guest Services, and manage expenses and shrink.

You’ll be responsible for merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store. The position requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule.

Hourly rate ranges from $22.13 - $22.38 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.

Minimum age requirement is 21 and a flexible schedule is required. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
