Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a store leader to oversee operations at a seasonal location. The role emphasizes guest services, profitability, and strong inventory control.

The ideal candidate has retail management experience, is able to work a flexible schedule, and can handle the physical demands of stocking and merchandising during peak periods.

This position is on-site in a Utah Logan store with hourly compensation in the $19.50–$20.50 range, depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21; must have a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 - $20.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include: Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, Retention Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
