Job Details:

1. Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $19.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
2. Benefits: Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, Retention Pay Program. All bonuses and pay programs are subject to qualifications.

Responsibilities: The Store Manager oversees the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. Responsibilities include shrink management, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.

Requirements: Minimum age of 21, flexible schedule, ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
