Job Title: Store Manager - Spirit

Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $19.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Year-End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, Retention Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain Guest Services and control expenses.
• Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Flexible schedule.
• Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience required.
