Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Overseeing and being accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures in daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 21.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• The physical demands of the job include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
