• Maintain awareness of security issues and staff safety.
• Conduct team huddles to communicate changes and updates.
• Ensure banking is up to date and cash handling requirements are met.
• Develop quotas and assign leads for team members.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales staff.
• Upkeep, maintenance and presentation of store.
